
Webinar: Carbon reduction target setting and sharing best practices
WWF-Hong Kong is encouraged by the commitments made at the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to less than 2 degrees Celsius compared to pre-industrial temperatures. All countries were asked to put forward a target to reduce emissions in the period after 2020. Companies globally are also raising awareness on setting a carbon reduction target to ensure their transition to a sustainable economy. In line with these intentions, WWF is encouraging businesses to transition to the Net Zero Carbon Roadmap and hosting a webinar to encourage corporate to set carbon reduction targets.
